Dr. Norm O’Reilly brings over 20 years of leadership in business education, most recently serving as dean of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Maine, where he grew the MaineMBA to over 400 students. A seasoned expert in interdisciplinary program development, he expanded MBA concentrations and built cross-sector partnerships in law, engineering, and public policy. As a CPA with a Ph.D. in management and multiple business degrees, Dr. O’Reilly leads UNE’s College of Business with a clear focus: delivering a high-impact, flexible MBA experience that meets the needs of today’s professionals.

Dr. Golshan Madraki is the program director for UNE’s MBA Supply Chain Management concentration and brings over a decade of experience in operations and supply chain research. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and has published work in top journals including Computers & Operations Research. Her teaching emphasizes hands-on learning, blending data analytics, AI tools, and real-world case studies. Students work on team-based projects and collaborate with regional companies to solve actual supply chain challenges. The program prepares graduates to lead with both strategic insight and technical expertise to meet rising industry demand across sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, and food production.
Dr. Golshan Madraki
Dr. Aimee Vlachos is a professor in UNE’s MBA Sport Leadership and Management concentration with over two decades of experience in sport marketing, outdoor recreation, and entrepreneurship. She holds an Ed.D. in Sport Management and has developed both academic programs and nonprofit initiatives, including the national women’s surfing organization Wahine Kai. In the MBA program, she teaches courses like Sports Sales & Marketing, where students engage in real-world projects focused on brand building and revenue generation. The concentration combines leadership development with applied learning to prepare graduates to succeed in professional leagues, college athletics, and the growing world of sports tech.

Dr. Roger Poitras
Dr. Roger Poitras serves as an adjunct professor in UNE’s MBA Healthcare Management concentration and brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across healthcare sectors. He is the CEO of InterMed and holds a Doctorate in Health Administration along with master’s degrees in business and healthcare management. At UNE, he teaches Leadership and Strategy in Healthcare, with a focus on strategic thinking, system transformation, and innovation. His students engage with real-world scenarios involving digital health, Lean Six Sigma, and predictive analytics. Drawing from his own executive experience, Dr. Poitras helps students develop the leadership skills and insight needed to navigate complexity and improve healthcare systems.
