In this breakout session, we will focus on understanding decentralized leadership and the multiple roles staff members play throughout the school year in unique and co-created learning models. Grounded in the philosophical framework that underlies the co-created partnership between Tree Street Youth and Lewiston Public Schools, this session demonstrates how leadership can be shared, relational, and responsive to the needs of both students and community.
