The work you do is hard and vitally important!  Learning about how to care for your professional self is critical in order to prevent burnout and promote efficacy and longevity in the work you do.  In this workshop you will examine your own self-care needs, learn about and explore self-care strategies, and create your own, customized self-care plan that you can build into your work day and personal life.
