Building a Connected School Culture

This workshop is based on our work at Silvio Gilbert Elementary School, Augusta, Maine and designed for staff and administrators seeking to learn more about building a collaborative learning environment.  Included in the workshop will be foundations of connection based on the work of Lori Desautels, Ph.D’ (Butler University) outlined in her books Connections Over Compliance and Intentional Neuroplasticity. Participants will explore strategies for fostering a growth mindset, promoting collaboration, and developing a plans to implement strategies and continuous improvement evidence-based practices.
