STEP 1: Students seeking a tuition discount must be registered at UNE and have a Personal Reference Number (PRN)
STEP 2: Once registered, please fill out the following Scholarship Application Form for the upcoming term. This application must be completed and approved EACH TERM the student is enrolled in the course(s). The completed and approved application must be submitted before the end of each term the student is enrolled in the course(s).
STEP 3: Please have the form signed by your employer or membership organization to confirm tuition discount eligibility.
STEP 4: Email completed and signed form to UNE’s College of Professional Studies at onlineadmissions@une.edu.
STEP 5: The College of Professional Studies will confirm receipt and your eligibility by email. This information will be shared with the UNE Student Financial Services and the discount will be reflected in your account.

Accessing Your Tuition Discount
We are so excited to share that the University of New England College of Professional Studies is now offering a unique opportunity for individuals employed by the Town of South Berwick to advance their education through a streamlined application process. This is in addition to your ability to save 25% on tuition for qualifying online programs!
This process is designed for applicants who hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and are looking to further their professional development. While a minimum 3.0 GPA in a Bachelor’s program is ideal, applicants with a GPA of 2.5 or higher are also encouraged to apply and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This simplified approach makes it easier for eligible applicants to take the next step in their education and career growth.
