Workshop Description:

Self-care has been a topic of discussion in our professional worlds for many years. Pre-Pandemic, we did not embrace the need and benefit of true self-care. Post-Pandemic we now know how critical self-care is but now struggle to find time and support in our chaotic and stress-filled lives. This symposium module will spend time leaning into and prioritizing self-care both professionally and personally.

Objectives:
At the completion of this certificate course, you will be able to:

  • Evaluate the impact of post-pandemic changes on daily life and work.
  • Develop self-care strategies for real-world transitions and workplace challenges.

Modules:
This course has 4 parts designed to be completed over approximately an hour and a half.

  • Part 1: Change after the pandemic
