What is the application process?
The online application is available here and submissions will close on April 5th, 2019. Once submitted, the program review committee will review the application and reach out to you regarding your status.

What happens if I am accepted?
You will receive an email with information and guidance on next steps. This will include instructions on how to create a presentation or poster.

What happens if I get rejected?
The program review committee will explain why the application was rejected. You may have a chance to rework your application prior to the submission deadline to meet the requirements.
