The College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CGPS) at the University of New England is proud to present and host the second annual CGPS Virtual Research & Scholarship Symposium.
This is an opportunity for current CGPS students and alumni to share their work with professionals in their field while gaining conference and presentation experience. Share your research, expertise, and experience with fellow students!
We are seeking proposals that address timely topics and current challenges faced by professionals in the fields of Education (and Leadership), Health Informatics, Nutrition, Public Health, and Social Work. Proposals will be grounded in best practices, informed by research, and will align with the professional development needs of attendees.
In addition to original research, we are also accepting presentations of scholarship. This could be the presentation of a literature review you have conducted or content expertise that you have acquired. A successful proposal will address timely topics and current challenges faced by professionals.
The symposium is open to current CPGS students and alumni. It is an opportunity for you to present and share your research and scholarship with an interprofessional audience from all CGPS programs (Health Informatics, Education, Applied Nutrition, Public Health, and Social Work).
By participating in this symposium, you will have an opportunity to hone your presentation skills in a safe, low-stakes environment and engage with others who are interested in interdisciplinary research and scholarship.
