One of the presenters included the UNE Online Applied Nutrition program director, Ellie Dodge. Together, they touched on how UNE Online uses innovative capabilities to excite students and stay ahead of nutrition trend research. They discussed UNE’s digital repository, also known as DUNE, and the outward-facing ePortfolio model built into the Applied Nutrition program as examples of how UNE Online engages with each student.
